Allison Unveils Go-Forward Brand Architecture Following Acquisition of Dana’s Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems Business
Combined company will operate under the Allison name with established product brands retained
INDIANAPOLIS, October 23, 2026 – Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) (“Allison”), a global leader in high-performance mobility and work solutions, announced its go-forward brand architecture following the acquisition of Dana Incorporated's Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems business earlier this year. Effective today, the company's enterprise brand is Allison. Its Allison Transmission and Allison Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems business units, along with their combined product portfolio, will continue to operate under the unified Allison name.
Established product brands within the acquired off-highway business unit, such as Spicer™*, Brevini™, GWB™, Fairfield™ and Graziano™, will be retained under the Allison master brand. These product brands, alongside those from the Allison Transmission business unit, will continue to be developed, sold and serviced as they have been. Customers, distributors and dealers across both business units can maintain the high standards they expect from the products and parts they rely on, strengthened by the resources and global reach of the Allison enterprise.
"Our products have a long history, earning the trust of customers over decades. Much of what they value about Allison is embodied in the product brands themselves," said David Graziosi, Allison Chair, President and CEO. "By uniting all of our product brands under Allison, we communicate a consistent strategy and promise to keep the essential industries our customers serve moving forward with confidence."
Allison's unified brand will be on display at bauma China in November, the benchmark event for Asia's construction and mining machinery industry. The company will showcase products spanning the full driveline, including axles, transmissions and driveshafts, offering existing and prospective customers a firsthand look at the broad scope of the Allison portfolio.
