Supporting Charitable Organizations
We recognize that volunteer service is important to employees, and this program is intended to reinforce existing volunteer activities that have a meaningful impact in our communities. Allison employees are also empowered to donate to nonprofit organizations through the Cares platform. Allison offers a 100% matching program to STEM organizations and a 25% minimum match to the 2.8 million non-profit organizations currently available on the Cares platform.
Since launching in summer 2023, over 622 unique partiipants have taken part in our giving and matching program through Allison Cares.
Little Red Door Cancer Agency Care Packages
Members of the Allison North America team assembled care packages and made blankets for underserved Hoosier cancer patients.
Mexico Public School Volunteering
Members of the Allison Mexico team volunteered with a non-profit organization that supports the education in Mexican public schools.
Homes for Turkey Earthquake Victims
Members of the Allison Turkey team helped construct houses for families impacted by recent earthquakes throughout the country.

Members of the Allison United States team have helped distribute water to runners during the half marathon for several years.
