Allison DOC® (Diagnostic Optimized Connection) Subscription Service
Allison DOC® Subscription Service is a Windows-based diagnostic tool that allows users to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and re-program Allison electronically controlled commercial propulsion solutions and transmission control systems. Each Allison DOC Subscription Service software product requires a separate valid, time-based subscription license to activate the product.

Allison offers access to fleets, end-users and technicians to the right tools specified for your transmission or eAxle, as well as extensive knowledge through our online service tool portals.
Allison DOC Subscription Service is RP1210C compliant and is compatible with RP1210C compliant vehicle communication interfaces (VCI) or translator devices.
All Allison Authorized Distributors and Dealers have the right tools, training and parts. Given their extensive experience and knowledge, they are always your first choice to properly service your Allison transmission or eAxle.
Below is a list of the Allison DOC® Subscription Service product types:
- Allison DOC® Premium is designed for use on 1000 Series™ and 2000 Series™, 3000 Series™ and 4000 Series™, TC10® Product Family transmissions, Off-Highway solutions using CEC5 and transmissions using CEC5/CEC3/CEC2/CEC1 controls.
- Allison DOC® Premium (H 40/50 EP™ and eGen Flex™) is designed for use with Allison’s H 40/50 EP™ and eGen Flex™ Systems. It is capable of reading from H 40/50™ and eGen Flex™ System controllers using the J1939 communication protocol.
- Allison DOC® Fleets supports 4th through 6th Generation Transmission Control Modules (TCMs) (1000 Series and 2000 Series, 3000 Series and 4000 Series, TC10 and Off-Highway CEC3 and CEC5 Product Families) with the latest features as well as legacy control systems.
