David S. Graziosi - Chair & Chief Executive Officer

David S. Graziosi currently serves as the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Allison Transmission, a position he’s held since June 2018. Prior to that, Graziosi served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of Allison from January 2016 until June 2018 and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary since joining Allison in November 2007. Before joining Allison, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Covalence Specialty Materials Corporation. Prior to that Graziosi held various positions in the industry, including Vice President of Finance Precursors and Epoxy Resins at Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Resolution Performance Products LLC and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Chemical Industrial Products Inc. Additionally, he served in various positions for Sun Chemical Group B.V, the Colgate-Palmolive Company and Arthur Andersen LLP. Graziosi is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (non-practicing). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.

G. Frederick Bohley - Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Frederick Bohley currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, a position he has held since June 2024. Bohley joined Allison Transmission in 1991 in the Finance organization where he held positions of increasing responsibility. In 2001, Bohley joined Marketing, Sales and Service where he held the position of National Account Executive. He relocated to Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2003 as Director of Latin American Operations and returned in 2006 as Director of International Marketing and Business Planning. Following Allison’s divestiture from General Motors, Bohley rejoined Finance and was promoted to Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Pricing and International Finance. He added Investor Relations to his responsibilities in 2013 and Business Planning in 2014. He was promoted to Vice President, with the added responsibility of the treasury department in 2016 and became Treasurer in 2017. Bohley was then promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 2018 and he added Business Development to his responsibilities in 2018. In 2019 he was named Senior Vice President with oversight of Information Systems and Services and became the Chief Operating Officer in June 2024. Bohley holds a bachelor’s degree in business, with majors in accounting and finance, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

John M. Coll - Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Sales & Service

John Coll serves as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Sales and Service for Allison Transmission, a position he’s held since 2016. Before joining Allison, Coll was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Gerdau Ameristeel U.S. Prior to that, Coll worked at Eaton Corp. for 14 years as Vice President of Global Marketing for the vehicle group, Director of Global Channel Marketing for Eaton Electrical, General Manager of Aftermarket and Vehicle Solutions for Truck Components and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Truck Components. Prior to joining Eaton, Coll worked for 13 years at Philips Electronics in a variety of sales and distributor relations roles. Coll earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rohan Barua - Vice President, North America Sales, Global Channel and Aftermarket

Rohan Barua currently serves as Vice President, North America Sales, Global Channel and Aftermarket, previously serving as Vice President, North America OEM Sales. Prior to joining Allison Transmission, Barua worked for 12 years at Cummins Inc., where he most recently served as General Manager - OEM Business, responsible for revenue growth and integrated business leadership of a global OEM. Before that, he held a number of roles at Cummins in strategy and market planning, global off-highway aftermarket and regional aftermarket marketing and sales. Prior to Cummins, Barua worked in sales, marketing and business development in India as part of the Prudential Group, and also served briefly with DaimlerChrysler. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta, a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management and a Master of Business Administration from the Broad School at Michigan State University.

Rafael Basso - Vice President, Operations

Rafael Basso currently serves as Vice President of Operations. Basso began his Allison career in 1998 with operational responsibility over Allison’s Brazilian MT manufacturing facility. After the MT product was obsoleted by the current 3000 Series™ product line in 2001, Basso was named Project Manager responsible for launching our Shanghai, China Customization Center. Since 2006, he has served in multiple operational roles, including Plant Quality Manager, Production Area Manager, TPM Manager, Plant 12 Managing Director and most recently Executive Director of Plant Operations. Basso holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Paulista University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Business School São Paulo (BSP). Both located in São Paulo, Brazil.

Todd Bradford - Vice President, Strategy, Business and Corporate Development

Todd Bradford currently serves as Vice President, Strategy, Business and Corporate Development for Allison Transmission. He started his career with Allison in 2011 as Corporate Counsel, with a focus on Allison’s international and domestic business activities and commercial sales agreements. Bradford was promoted to Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel in 2015 when the department was reorganized to focus on supporting the business operations of Allison in a rapidly changing marketplace. Bradford holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and information systems from Illinois State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and with University Honors. Bradford graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago.

Thomas D. Eifert – Vice President, Quality, Planning & Program Management

Thomas Eifert currently serves as Vice President, Quality, Planning & Program Management, a position he has held since 2018. Eifert previously served as Vice President, Program Management and Mobile Source Emissions, and before that as Executive Director, Product Teams & Program Management. Eifert began his career with General Motors in 1989 as a co-op student and served in a variety of roles with Delphi Automotive. He joined Allison Transmission in 1996 in Supplier Quality and a member of the 1000 Series™ and 2000 Series™ launch team. Over the course of his career, Eifert has worked in several different areas of the business, including Purchasing, Business Planning, and Engineering. In 2007, he was promoted to Executive Director of Customer Support in the Marketing, Sales and Service group. Eifert rejoined the Engineering division and then assumed a cross-functional leadership role to define, plan and implement product initiatives for the On-Highway Products Team, the Controls System Team, and most recently, the Off-Highway Products Team. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in mechanical engineering and earned a Master in Business Administration from Butler University.

Ryan Milburn - Vice President, Product Engineering

Ryan Milburn currently serves as Vice President, Product Engineering for Allison Transmission. Previously serving as Vice President, e-Mobility Engineering, a position he held since 2019. Prior to that role Millburn served as Vice President, Mechatronics & Controls Software, and before that as Executive Director, Embedded Controls. Millburn began his career with Allison in 1990, holding roles of increasing responsibility including Manager of Engineering & Product Development Systems and Manager of Information & Control Systems for the green-field launch of the Allison Transmission manufacturing facility in Baltimore, Maryland. He then assumed the role of Vice President and Chief Information Officer, then Executive Director, Embedded Controls Systems, Managing Director Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) based in The Netherlands. Millburn received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from GMI Engineering & Management Institute as part of a co-operative education program with Allison Transmission.

JK Pareek – Vice President, IS&S and Chief Information Officer

JK Pareek currently serves as Vice President, IS&S and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Allison, Pareek was the Vice President of Global IT and Chief Information Officer for Nidec Motor Corporation in St. Louis for five years. Before that he spent three years as Chief Information Officer of the Solar Energy business unit at SunEdison. Prior to that he worked in various IT leadership roles for 18 years at MEMC and Texas Instruments. He received his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, State College and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (Madras), India.

Lorraine Parker-Clegg - Vice President, Human Resources, Chief People Officer

Lorraine Parker-Clegg currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources and Chief People Officer for Allison Transmission, a position she’s held since October 2020. Most recently, Parker-Clegg served as Chief Human Resources Officer with Doncasters Group Ltd., an international manufacturer of high precision alloy components. Prior to Doncasters, Parker-Clegg held various leadership positions with Covidien and Medtronic (COV acquired by Medtronic). Additional prior experience includes a global leadership role with the former B/E Aerospace Consumables Division in Florida and a 16-year tenure with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. This included roles as Director of Talent Acquisition in New Jersey, Director of Human Resources in Paris, France; Director of Human Resources in Prague, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. Her career originated in sales following the completion of her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies at Sheffield Hallam University, followed by a Diploma in Personnel Management at Oxford Brookes University. Parker-Clegg is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Dana J.H. Pittard - Vice President, Defense Programs

Dana Pittard currently serves as Vice President, Defense Programs, overseeing Allison’s domestic and global defense business. Pittard joined Allison Transmission in 2015 as Deputy Vice President of Defense Programs and was promoted to his current position in January 2016. Pittard previously served in the U.S. Army in the grade of Major General (2-Star) and retired after 34 years of active duty. He has commanded Armor and Infantry units at every level from platoon to division, including command of the 1st Armored Division. His service included multiple combat tours. Pittard holds a Bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a Master’s degree from the School of Advanced Military Studies at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a National Security Fellowship from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Conrad Rockey - Vice President, Commercial Powertrain Engineering

Conrad Rockey currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Powertrain Engineering for Allison Transmission, focusing on conventional on- and off-highway products. Prior to being named to his current position in 2019, Rockey was Executive Director of 1000-9000 Series Product Engineering. He began his career at Allison in 1981 as Reliability Engineer on the AT and MT Series products and later held roles of increasing responsibility in Reliability and Product Engineering. He has also served as Executive Director of On-Highway and Off-Highway Commercial Product Engineering. Rockey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and holds a DFSS Green Belt and Shainin Red X/Green Y Problem Solving Certificate.

Heidi K. Schutte - Vice President, EMEA, APAC & South America Sales

Heidi Schutte serves as Vice President of Sales, a role she has held since 2016, with current oversight of EMEA, APAC and South America Sales. Schutte began her career with Allison Transmission as an intern in 1991 and as a full-time employee in 1992 with the Aftermarket and ReTran® group in Marketing, Sales and Service. Following a transfer to General Motors’ Saturn Corp. in 1994, she returned to Allison in 2000 as a Marketing Brand Manager for the 1000 Series™ and 2000 Series™. More recently, following positions of increasing responsibility, Schutte was promoted to Director of Regional Sales for North America in 2009 and Executive Director, Regional Sales in 2010. In 2014, she was named Executive Director, North American Sales as her role was expanded to include National Accounts. Later that year, Schutte was named Executive Director, North American Sales and OEM Accounts. Schutte holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Purdue University.

Eric C. Scroggins - Vice President & General Counsel

Eric Scroggins currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel, a position he has held since 2007. He is responsible for advising the Board and leadership team on legal and business matters, managing legal affairs and overseeing the Export Compliance, Government Relations and Internal Audit organizations. Prior to joining Allison, Scroggins served as General Counsel for Product Action International LLC and was an attorney with Ice Miller LLP. Prior to joining Ice Miller LLP, Scroggins worked for the State of Indiana, serving in various roles with the Indiana State Personnel Department, including Deputy Director. Scroggins received a bachelor’s degree from Ball State and a J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

Teresa J. van Niekerk - Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer

Teresa van Niekerk currently serves as Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer. She previously served as Vice President, Global Purchasing & Supplier Quality from 2016-2023. She joined Allison Transmission in October 2012 as Managing Director of Purchasing and was promoted to Executive Director of Purchasing in 2014. During her time at Allison, van Niekerk has spearheaded significant organizational restructuring efforts. These activities include complex contract management strategy, business case development and assessment, sourcing implementation, raw material management, formal supplier development agreements and monthly accrual management. Prior to joining Allison, van Niekerk held operational responsibility for Navistar Truck Division’s purchasing group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
